We only use data your teams willingly provide. There is no covert data gathering, or sentiment analysis without staff knowledge, that you might have read about. They get a link and answer questions so they know what information they are providing. Its quick and easy, usually with 'sliders' or multi-choice and some text fields. In essence, the process is no different from a survey - only the questions are more meaningful and relevant.
