A Path To Success - Providing Connectivity

World Unique Research.

The client was a world-class £50m manufacturing research centre based in the UK. The recently appointed CEO had developed a clear value offering for the centre. The potential customers were manufacturing and engineering companies based in the UK and overseas operating in the energy, and infrastructure sectors.

How We Helped?

We provided expert, sector-specific knowledge, insight, connectivity, smart thinking and experience.

The Challenges.

Although the centre was 2 years old, it had yet to connect with the sectors it was created to assist. In addition, it had a supply chain development offering that was limited in its uptake and impact.

Return on Investment.

In 18 months, the centre was established as a leading research and supply chain development organisation in its sector, connected to the industry it supported.

Executive Summary

The centre had been created with Government and research funding to assist UK manufacturers to improve and gain access to new multi-billion pound infrastructure projects. Whilst the facility existed it had a very low connectivity and reputation within the target sectors. This was turned around through the development of a strategy and the delivery of a clear business plan.
