In 2018 Solar Flare Services were engaged to provide insight, expertise and business knowledge, to facilitate and develop directive action for the Executive Team to turnaround this multi-million turnover engineering and professional training company.

The business had lost sight of its customers and core business, quality was suffering, and morale was low following a major staff reduction exercise.

6 months to recover the investment through cost saving. Funding secured within 3 months to move the business forward.


Executive Summary

Training 2000, a company with a 50-year heritage, had been acquired and wasn’t performing as expected. Significant market changes had occurred particularly to their main income stream. An initial investigation had already taken place. Solar Flare Services were engaged by the owners to work with the Executive Team.
